In the middle of my wife's visa process, we learned that we needed to file a waiver to obtain a green card. We spoke to several top lawyers in this field from Houston to Los Angeles. We knew our case was complicated and we needed a great lawyer to help us. Despite their reputation, we never receiv...ed such personalized attention as we did when we interviewing Annie Schwartz. In fact, most of the time, we could not even speak with other attorneys and had only their assistants try to reassure us that their attorney was great. Well, we did not feel comfortable sending money to an attorney we could not speak with. In our first consultation we knew we made the right decision. I came to the US as an F1 student and found the person I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. So, I had to change my status to Permanent Resident (Green Card). Ana was definitely very helpful on our immigration process. We had a very simple case and just expected to find a lawyer to help us fill out the forms to make sure we don't mess it up. Ana did that for us and more, she let us know the whole process and the time line for when we should expect certai...n action, gave us reminders of what needs to be done next when the time comes, and even met with us many times for simple questions and a mock-interview. My spouse and I definitely feel she went above and beyond what the contract had dictated. She also met us any time we wanted to, such as late afternoons on Saturdays since we have to work on weekdays, and doing so with a smile still! Ana, took my Wife I 601 wavier case. My wife Case was approved the same day. She did an outstanding job. My attorney's keep taking lots of clients and spend less time on your case. She did not.
