Five golden stars for Atty. John Ross!

I was wrongly charged for a crime I did not commit, and experienced jail time. For a nurse who is subjected to this horrible ordeal is very devastating and traumatic, not only to me but my family as well. My nursing license is my sole bread and butter, with an indictment posted all over the internet,... I was fired from my working place, and I cannot even apply for a job. I feel so lost, and desperate, my life seems like coming to an end. In this time of extreme darkness, I can say that Atty. Ross is the light that gives me hope that somehow, someday, this tribulation will come to an end. And it did! In eight months’ time from the day I was arrested, the criminal charges were dropped! Atty. Ross is very honest and took my case seriously, defending and explaining my side with its pertinent evidences to the DA. Now, with this case dismissed, I can start my life anew. THANK YOU, ATTY. ROSS, YOU ARE THE BEST! For anyone looking for justice and seek out to clear their name, Atty. John Ross is the one you are looking for!

Best Criminal Defense Attorney In Denton County

When I was arrested for 2nd DWI shortly after moving to Denton County (February. 2013), I did not know what I was going to do to defend myself and did not know any lawyers. After looking at reviews, I came across the Ross Law Office, found Tony’s name, and gave him a call. Tony agreed to meet wit...h me right away, and upon our first meeting I knew Tony and his staff were the right team for me. Tony met me personally and clearly explained the next steps and put my mind at ease. Immediately, he had a plan to take on my case and laid out steps for me to take (i.e. M.A.D.D, driver education, etc.) Tony was very up front about the costs of his services, flexible with payments, and there were never any surprises or unexpected costs added on for his expertise. Tony and his team maintained consistent contact with me throughout the process and the pre-trial court appearances. His staff was very knowledgeable about the proceedings and helped me every step of the way. I felt at ease with the professional manner of the team, and Tony's personable style kept me calm and confident about the outcome of my case. Tony's extensive knowledge of the law and DWI police protocol ultimately resulted in the DWI charge dismissed. After 27 months of unsupervised probation and county monitoring fees, my case is behind me. Long story short, call the Ross Law Office - you will thank yourself.

Don't choose a DWI attorney until you see this one!!!

Its hard when you get in trouble with the law and don't know which attorney to choose. I was there 1 year ago when I got a DWI in Denton county. Stress and fear of the issue at hand and trying to decide which attorney is going to give you the vigorous defense you deserve is daunting, not to mention ...expensive. Choosing the wrong attorney will make a difference for the rest of your life and it's scary knowing others have so much control over your future, I know first hand. I hired a heavily advertised firm thinking they sounded great and they would vigorously defend me when they told me "we take everything to trial". I WAS WRONG, -boy was I WRONG! I spent months in fear that this firm was not acting in my best interest, and on many occasions never responding to my questions and then sometimes being downright mean to me when I did choose to go to trial, telling me how I would lose my job, go to jail, etc. It was torture, I did not want to take the plea bargains offered to me, I wanted to go to trial because I was innocent. They made me live in fear for months, and this is the truth. All the while they were hounding me to pay the balance, and I only owed $300.00 of thousands I paid them for this "representation" (torture) They said "ok we'll go to trial" but you're being reckless and irresponsible and not doing the smart thing, etc. so we were scheduled for trial while they continued to try and "fear" me into taking what they called good offers, and then FINAL offers from the DA. I want you to know they sent attorney that I never met(when they finally showed up to court on dates I was to meet them there) who was rude, and told me how I was going to lose if I went to trial, etc. Anyway, I paid them in full and on the day I was supposed to go to trial since they had since filed a continuance and I was off of work, I went to attorney John Ross and explained exactly what I had been going through and asked if he would take my case. He agreed and not only did he agree, he was amazingly calm, confident and discussed my case with me as if I were actually a normal human being and showed me respect. Although this should be the normal treatment between attorney and client, it certainly was NOT what I had experienced for almost a year prior by my other attorneys. It was 3-4 weeks until trial, when I went to visit Mr. Ross and he agreed to take my case and was very fair with the fee and also with giving me time to get that to him even though there was no time to spare for my trial which was right around the corner. Mr. Ross also answered EVERY single one of my questions and did not talk down to me like the shysters I mistakenly hired prior to him. DON'T FALL FOR THE BIG ADVERTISERS or SUPPOSED DWI EXPERT LAWYERS and waste thousands of dollars like I did. I wish I would have known what I found out the hard way and that is -you really are nothing to them but money. They don't care about you or your case at all. I could go on and on about the torture I was subjected to by the ones that were supposed to be "on my side" but what you need to know is this: Within 1 month of dropping those dirt bags and hiring Mr. Ross, he got me a deal I couldn't refuse and I no longer have a DWI on my record!! YES THAT'S RIGHT, the difference between this attorney and the ones I fired was like NIGHT AND DAY!!! less than 1 month and I no longer have a DWI on my record!!!UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!The Judge on my case even told me I should have saved myself all of the prior headaches by hiring Mr. Ross the first time! I kid you not, the judge said that to me right before he swore me in on the deal that I would have NEVER seen with the previous attorney's I had mistakenly hired. HIRE MR. ROSS if you want someone in Denton county to be on your side who knows the Judges and DA's of the Denton county court system! HE IS EXACTLY WHO I NEEDED, and you won't be sorry! THANK YOU Mr. Ross! I am so thankful I found you, just wish I would have found you a year ago!
