My wife and I hired John Ross to help us navigate the Denton court system. We did our research on the internet and based on reviews given here at AVVO we felt confident John would be able to provided competent legal representation. During the initial consultation John said all the right things and... promised us he would fight on our behalf. However, what we received was an apathetic attorney who exerted very little effort towards our case. Additionally, after paying his retainer we had a difficult time contacting John to discuss the progress on our case. In fact, most of our communication was through his secretary Priscilla. By the end of this case we were very irritated by John's lack of familiarity with our case and all the excuses and back tracking he did throughout this process. In the future we will never trust John to handle any legal matters.
