Helpful and knowledgeable

The office staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They are always enthusiastic to answer any and all questions you may have. The lawyer helped reduce charge and probation responsibilities.

Very informative and impressed with results

We were very impressed with the services of Tim Powers and his associates they absolutely fought hard for my case and still continue to check on me. That means everything definitely shows they care for their clients! Coming from some that used to work in a law office before out of town I can see a HU...GE difference even the reception desk is quick to answer your questions and assist with your needs. Just an awesome team in general!

Excellent Representation

I hired Tim Powers to take care of a legal issue I had. Tim was able to answer my questions and stayed in constant communication throughout the entire thing. He was very respectful, courteous, and timely. If I should ever have to use an attorney again, I’m calling him.
