Best In Denton County

I was facing my first ever run in with law enforcement and I was a nervous wreck the judge appointed me Hayley Brown she is awesome she explained everything and was super helpful and i got the best outcome I could ask for they treat you like family and really care she is the best lawyer in my opinion... I would definitely use Tim Powers Office again if ever anything was to happen thanks Hayley Brown

Pre-trial diversion agreement

Very professional, helpful. I would reccommend them in a heart beat. This was a great way to have record expunged.

Great team

This office was the right choice .This was my first charge and they walked me through the whole process .The whole issue took a long time ,but through out it all I could always email or call them with anything I needed .They got me the best outcome they could .Very great team

Great communication

Overall, my experience with the Law Offices of Tim Powers was fantastic. There's a reason that they're highly respected in Denton County. All of the attorneys are reputable and have great backgrounds. Monica was the attorney assigned to my case and she did a great job communicating with me and set up... a great mitigation plan for me, so that I could get the best outcome with my case.

Amazing Attorneys

Mr.Powers and team are amazing and will fight for your right the best they can! They did an amazing job with my daughter being a juvenile case and who does suffer mental health issues Mr.Powers and team especially Mr.Hudson got her the best deal possible and we were happy with the outcome of things! ...She is now doing so much better!
