I highly recommend!

I had my consult with Tim Powers and he gave me all the information. Once hired the team took my case to the District Attorney and I started my probation. Tim Powers and team has taken care of all my court dates and have never set foot in the courtroom. I am almost done with my probation now.

Powers all the way!

I was pulled over and arrested for a controlled substance on my lunch hour from work. 1/2 a Xanax which I didn't even know was in my purse! I am an older woman who does not abuse drugs, but the county in which I reside is hard on people for just having a a 1/2 of a pill. I was looking at probation..., fines, classes, and random UA's! Tim Powers got my charge reduced for a Class A misdemeanor, to a Class C! Just a small fine is all I was charged with & it was done! Very pleased with the outcome!

Never been in trouble with the law, but got a DWI. It took 9 months to get to court date, but was in constant communication with the law office. They send you texts, emails, mail to make sure you’re ready for court. Hayley Brown was my attorney and she was fantastic. Relatable, professional, and got ...me a fair deal. Kudos to Erika Sanchez for relaying info to attorney.
