If your like me and know absolutely nothing about law or going to court! Hire him he will teach you more than you ever even needed to know! Always got things done very fast and has a great assistant to answer and calls or questions all the time when he is busy. Deffinitly reccomend if you don't wanna... waste all your money!

This was my fist brush with the law (Suspected DWI) after doing a lot of research, I narrowed my Attorney choices down to a few based on their reviews on this site, several offices i spoke with had wanted me to come in and speak with just someone and not necessarily the attorney I was contacting,... I then contacted Daniel's office and spoke with his assistant, who immediately made an appointment within 24 hrs to speak with Daniel himself, drove up to denton for my appointment and immediately got in to see him, didn't even wait 5 minutes even though I was about a half hour early. Daniel was a very easy person to talk to and was very forthcoming about what was to occur and in what order relative to my case and all of the possible outcomes, he explained what he would do on my behalf and at what point he would do it. He also explained that the process would be very slow and nothing would likely happen with my case for some time and that he would keep me apprised of any details as they arose. Daniel did exactly that although my case may not be typical as it was ultimately dismissed due to a lack of evidence, Daniels involvement in my case made with myself and my family feel as though we were under the best possible representation. I would definitely recommend the Peugh law firm to anyone in such a situation necessary to require it.
