Charged with a first time DWI defense and rather frantic about my options, I am very thankful to have found Daniel Peugh. He has many years of experience along with many connections, and handles all of the cases himself, so you will never have to worry about your case being relegated to a less exper...ienced lawyer. His paralegal was also very personable and helpful at all times. The office was extremely communicative and responsive when I had questions and concerns, including those which were not necessarily covered in his services. Mr. Peugh negotiated a very good plea bargain (In my case it was not plausible to argue that I was not intoxicated while driving). While Daniel Peugh may be somewhat more expensive than some of the more 'mass market' lawyers you see on billboards, he is worth every penny.
