In my first meeting with Mr. Peugh, I asked why he felt he was the best value (not the cheapest.). He never offered a potential outcome for my cases, but explained his experience in these matters and how he worked. I interviewed one of the most recognized attorneys in the county and one recommended ...to me by a friend that happened to be a judge. There was no choice in my mind, Mr Peugh was clearly the best choice. I was facing two felonies (first time offender for anything) with a potential of 20 years on one of them. i followed his advice and trusted in him completely. He instructed me to do several things to show my remorse for my actions and my willingness to change before the charges were brought to the prosecutor. I'll admit, some of that was a little painful, but I trusted his opinion. The result was that both charges were dismissed completely! The DA's letter to the judge cited my work on repairing myself (directed by Mr. Peugh) weighed heavily on the decision to dismiss. And, I learned a lot about myself in the process.
