He is a good lawyer, just a bit absent sometimes. I assume he has many cases and every lawyer and be this way. However, with my case he got the sentence reduced from probation for over a year and got me off in 6 months. This was my first and last DWI case, my BAC was double the legal limit, I only ha...d probation for 6 months versus 14 and I almost did not have to get an interlock. I was told to get the interlock installed within one week, and I did not have time so he was able to get me an extension. Then once it was installed he was able to get it out of my car within 6 months. He also was able to get my charge lowered from a class A misdemeanor to a class B which meant I paid less money to the courts and probation officer.

Thanks in to Mr. Alband's knowledgeable advice and seasoned judgment, the prosecution moved to dismiss its entire case (two indicted felony counts of aggravated assault) against my god daughter. This was the best possible result and Mr. Alband achieved it. Mr. Alband and his team met with my g...od daughter multiple times, went over the facts in great detail, investigated the case carefully and interviewed numerous witnesses. He and his team knew the facts cold and always thought of how best to present her case. He was the model of a professional attorney. The investigative work of Mr. Alband's team documented the many weaknesses of the prosecution's case. Acting on Mr. Alband's advice, my god daughter decided to stand firm. There would be no guilty plea, no wavering, and no concessions. Eventually, the prosecution was forced to acknowledge that the case was fatally flawed and moved to dismiss it. Mr. Alband's deep professional knowledge and ability to chart the best course in the ups and downs of litigation (change of judges, prosecutors, etc.) was evident to me throughout. (I am retired attorney who practiced in New York and New Jersey.) A criminal record would have put a low ceiling on my god daughter's life. Now, freed of this limitation, she can choose her path without the heavy limitations imposed by a criminal record.

We were referred to Navid from a retired & respected lawyer, so before we ever met Navid, we knew we were in good hands...and Navid & Luann held up to our expectations. Had a Domestic dispute that was heated but not that serious. Sheriff's department came out and immediately tried to find someone to put in jail. When that did not work they decided to issue citations for assault by contact although there was no assault of any kind. Navid took care of both tickets ...for both both parties and had the case dismissed within 60 days. He was thorough in his communication and explained his approach to the case.
