I paid for representation on an urgent family law matter and what followed was months of inaction, broken promises, and complete disregard for my time and money. Calls went unanswered. Emails were ignored. I was repeatedly told things would be done or sent that day — they weren't. Every step forwa...rd required me to follow up multiple times or do the legwork myself. After the initial consultation and payment, the attorney essentially became unreachable, leaving me to communicate almost entirely through staff. No itemized billing was ever provided despite requesting it. No meaningful progress was made on my case. I was given a constant runaround until I had no choice but to terminate the representation and start over with new counsel, losing critical time I could not afford to lose on a time-sensitive matter. If you expect responsiveness, accountability, and for your attorney to actually do what they say they will do — look elsewhere

Kitty is awesome! She’s a shark! She will always be our go-to attorney! We had called multiple offices before kitty’s and up until we spoke to Teresa we had pretty much been dismissed. Teresa was so helpful and kind from our first phone call(I think it starts there). she never made us feel “dumb” ...with our questions like the offices prior. She was very proactive with keeping communication. THAT OFFICE WAS GREAT TO US!

I hired Ms. Wise to assist in a step parent adoption. Everything went fine until I made my last payment. We have been waiting over a year to receive my son’s new birth certificate. They refuse to answer any emails or phone calls. I have left. When I have gone in myself to request information, Miss Wi...se stated that because her assistant was not in, she was unable to help me, but would have her call me. Of course this has never happened. I leave messages and emails and still cannot get so much as an order number to track what’s going on with my son‘s birth certificate. It seems that once I made my last payment, they wash their hands of me, and left me to fend for myself. This may not be the case, but they sure have not made any attempt to help me at all since I made my final payment.

I felt heard and respected throughout the entire process. Divorce is never easy, and when children are involved it can be even less so. Kitty Wise and her staff clearly had the best interests of my child in mind when creating the orders and were absolutely amazing in explaining every step of the proc...ess to me. I didn't feel so alone in a very lonely time. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone in need of an attorney!
