Honestly the best.

After consulting several lawyers about my case (a little complicated, the truth), none gave me the confidence to put my case in their hands, until I made a consultation with lawyer Chavez, from the beginning he was very kind. On My appointment day he made me feel he understood my case well and how im...portant it was for me, he was like my ally to get out of the complicated situation in which I found myself in. Then my case was passed to Berenice Alcala who was also super professional and super kind, all the questions and doubts that I could have, I had the confidence that she would help me. I really recommend it and if I could give them 10 stars I would. (^_^)

Excelente firma. Gracias Chavez y Valko

Honest attorney

First time I talked to Mr.Chavez was about eight years ago, I explained my situation to him and he explained very honestly that I had no way to fix my status at the time and had to wait until my daughter turned 21. Two years ago I went back to him and he started my application process. It was suppose...d to be a straight forward case taking about six to eight months but because of an error in USCIS' record keeping going back over thirty years ago my case took a difficult turn but Mr.Chavez and his staff continued working on my case and finally it was approved . I just want to thank Mr.Chavez and his staff for being honest and straight forward for solving my immigration case.

A NIGHTMARE TURNED INTO A DREAM!

We do not have words to express our gratitude for all the hard work that was done to over turn my husbands immigration case. From day one when our families lives turned into a nightmare Chavez & Valko were there to guide us. It was a long painful processes but we deposited all of our faith in ou...r lawyers. We worked with them and gave them all the information they needed to make a strong case. First, my husband had to appear in court. He was denied the cancellation of deportation petition. We did not know what to do!! As a family we decided to get a second, third and fourth opinion. I visited many Immigration lawyers with no luck! We then realized we needed nothing else but to continue with Chavez & Valko. My husband asked Mr. Chavez to proceed with the appeal. Mr. Chavez had to apply for cancellation of deportation to the BIA (Board of Immigration Appeals) therefore, he began to prepared the appeal brief to proceeded. By this time, Mr. Chavez was on a deadline to submit the brief. The Chavez & Valko team is very knowledgeable and know exactly how the process works. Mr. Chavez finalized all documents and sent them off......it was the longest four weeks of our lives. I will never forget the day Mr. Chavez called me to let us know that the case had been overturned by the BIA (Board of Immigration Appeals. It was a very happy day for the whole family and all friends that had been there for us during this trying time. We will always be grateful to the Chavez & Valko TEAM. I will always recommend Chavez & Valko as one of the best Immigration firms to my friends, family and my community. A phone call from Chavez & Valko that turned a nightmare to a dream!! Three things you need to get through an immigration process (from experience): 1. Hope 2. Prayer 3. Chavez & Valko
