Kind and attentive

Filing for permanent residency for a spouse is an intimidating process. There are so many documents to collect, so many steps, so much waiting... Mr. Chavez set my husband and I at ease from the first moment we met with him and guided us patiently though the process. He always responded very quickly ...to emails when we had questions and remained very attentive to our case up to the day we finally received my husband’s Greencard. I highly recommend!!!

Best Immigration Lawyer in Fort Worth!

You will not regret hiring Mr. Chavez trust me! I have nothing but great things to say about Mr. Chavez and his law firm. Their staff and attorneys are all so generous and helpful. What most stood out to my husband and I was their loyalty. Mr. Chavez and paralegals Beatrice and Christine were very... helpful and kind. From the beginning my meet with Mr. Chavez I felt was very honest and clear. He will definitely let you know if there will be any bumps along the road. I petitioned for my husband and thanks to all of their hard work he is now a Permanent Resident. I want thank you Mr. Chavez and paralegal Christine Almaraz for sticking with us until the end through this whole process you are greatly appreciated. We will be forever thankful for your services! MIRACLE WORKER, FINALLY WON MY CASE AFTER 15 YEARS BATTLE WITH ICE

I was referred to the law offices of Valko and Chavez by another attorney in Dallas who i had gone to seek assistance from concerning my immigration case. I met Mr. Chavez in 2007 following a remand of my case from the Fifth Circuit Court, see Omari v. Gonzales(2005). After the remand from the court ...i appeared pro se before the Immigration Judge(IJ) for cancellation of removal, by then i had been detained by ICE for almost four years and had exhausted my finances, after a series of hearings the IJ granted me Cancellation of Removal, the DHS appealed the decision on grounds that the IJ abused his own discretion I was ordered deported, what followed was another Petition for Review before the appeals court, there the court decided that I had not exhausted my Administrative Remedies since my previous lawyer failed to raise that issue before the IJ. After my attorneys then Jennifer Depalma of Om'yleven and Mayers submitted the petition the DHS agreed that my Fifth Degree conviction under Minnesota was not a Crime Involving Moral Turpitude(CIMT), on October the Board remanded the case back to the IJ and DHS was given an opportunity to provide more evidence to proof that my conviction was a CIMT after a series of hearings, the IJ disregarded the IJ's and ordered my removal again. I once again hired Mr. Chavez to represent me before the Board because I had a lot of faith in him after following his previous arguments before the Board. On April 28, 2017 the Board of Immigration Appeals agreed with Mr. Chavez's arguments and sustained our appeal and terminated Removal Proceedings, I can assure anybody with any Immigration issue to contact the Law Offices of Valko and Chavez, Mr. Chavez being Certified in Immigration Law knows the ropes when it comes to immigration matters. I highly recommend this law firm, try them out and you will the real positive results. Thanks Mr. Chavez and your team for a well done job!!!!!.

Totally Satisfied

Mr. Chavez and his team delevered what they promised and I got my green card way earlier than I anticipated. We first heard about this law firm through a friend who also had a great experience and excellent results. Beatriz, at the Ft Worth office was very friendly, and prompt. She communicated with ...us regularly and was available to answer our questions along the whole process. We had a great experience and excellent results at Chavez & Valko and definitely would reccomend to a friend.
