My traffic attorney is more responsive and effective. Dorothy Hyde's office is infuriating. Hire Dottie, she'll bring a knife to your gun fight. We HATED interacting with her and her staff. You'll never get responses or proactive help. We had to tell her underlings (the only people who spoke to us at... all) how to do their jobs.

I was hurt in Nov and in Feb at the very same spot because it was never fixed by matience and I had reported it from the time I moved in. I was hurt really bad the second time including a long term head injury scarring and nerve damage in my eye.
