John Gioffredi is the best DWI lawyer there is in Dallas without a doubt. His entire team are fabulous and work endlessly to get you the best outcome. I was guilty and there was no doubt of that once all the evidence was reviewed and my BAC was .2865. John got me 9 days house arrest, with work releas...e daily, no alcohol monitoring, no fines, no court costs, and no interlock in my car. Absolutely a great plea bargain process and outcome. John knew exactly what to do and his team had me do the Cpanel, DWI course, and substance abuse evaluation prior to going in for the plea bargain. Brilliant!! This man worked magic. I was arrested for DWI, and had a blood alcohol of 0.156.
