I was arrested for DWI in Sept of 2021. I found John Gioffredi on the internet from his stellar reviews and reputation. I spoke with John and a couple other lawyers to try and decide who to hire to represent me. After speaking with everyone, I selected John because of his experience, knowledge, an...d honesty about my case and the possibilities. It was approximately 6 months after the arrest before my first court meeting was scheduled. After all those months of waiting, I was ready to accept the best plea offered to get this over and move on. John told me to be patient and to be prepared that we might have to go to court to get the best deal. Ultimately, I was hoping to avoid trial. So, I took John's advice and he went to work.....we rejected the first couple of plea deals. I was very nervous continuing to reject each slightly better plea deal (which went against my better judgement) but John convinced me to trust him and continue on. Well, John was right (and of course he was because what do I know). Without going into the details, my case got dismissed in August of 2022 approximately 10 days before it was scheduled to go to court. I could not have asked for a better outcome.
