EXCELLENT!! I DEFINETLEY RECOMMEND BRET... BEST ATTORNEY HANDS DOWN!
I hired Bret to represent my son who was facing 5-99 years in prison on a felony one charge.. before I hired Bret I met with several different attorneys, but didn't feel the warm & fussy feeling that I felt with him. The Moment that I met with Bret, I knew that my son was in good hands.. Anytime that...

Another Dismissal By The Great Bret W. Schmidt
Bret just did a case for me where the odds were stacked against us big time. Bret was never worried even though I was. He was always calm and confident and made me feel at ease. The best part is he got my case dismissed the day of trial. Most Lawyers want you to cop out. Bret never even mentioned tha...

Always dependable, never lost a case for us!
We have retained Bret Schmidt on 4 different occasions over the last 8 years... Sad, but true! He is extremely knowledgable and realistic, knows the system like the back of his hand, and is very up front as far as what you may expect the outcome to be. We love him and would always refer anyone with...

Best criminal defense in Dallas
I have used Bret several times to defend me, and have always been pleased with the outcome. Unlike other attorneys, he's always been forthwith and honest. He has fought for me when the cards were stacked against me, going the extra mile when needed. If you need criminal defense, Bret Schmidt, is the ...

Quack
If there were such thing as a "Quack" in the legal profession as there is in the medical field, Bret Schmidt would personify it. After placing a $2500 retainer fee, the service went south from there. Horrible legal advice, showed up LATE to my court date twice (to where the judge had me step out of...
Completely false rantings of a former client who was completely satisfied until, when rearrested on a new charge in Plano, (1) he did not like the fact that he would have to wait for a judge to arraign him before a bond would be set, (2) he had no money to hire me to drive all over town for an entire day to do a writ to set a bond, and (3) he lied to his "fiance" (without letting me in on it) by telling her that I was his divorce attorney, and I unwittingly discussed criminal matters with her that directly related to his current situation. He had her call me repeatedly, 4 or 5 times in the course of an hour and he had HER asking me questions. I'm sure he got quite an earful when he got out, since he had never revealed to her his true situation. Don't forget Edward, I DID get you the IMPOSSIBLE on that case, which means it CAN be sealed. Get a second opinion on this, cool down, and pray about it, and maybe you will re-submit your review.
