When I went to The Munguia Law Firm I was needing a new lawyer in Ellis county to represent me in a modification of custody that my ex started in Bell County. In the previous county I had already spent 8500 on a high price, wid...ely known lawyer and only got a transfer in counties successfully done. My ex-husband had accused me from drug use, family violence, to child abuse and almost any and everything in between. It was a pure blessing to have been defended and found inculpable in the assertions made in the request for custody modification. I was/am very impressed with my experience with Jesse. Being a father seeking custody in a contested divorce I knew it was going to be a difficult battle however Jesse proved to be more than up to the task. My advice is to retain him before your spouse does, you do not want to be on the receiving end... of what Jesse will bring.
