Very professional and knowledgeable

Brian was a very competent attorney. He helped me through the legal process and took initiative to resolve matters. Very knowledgable with great attention to detail!

Our mentally ill daughter was facing felony charges for an action done due to her deteriorating mental condition. We hired Brian based on his excellent ratings on avvo.com and he proved to be just as knowlegable and thorough as the reviews indicated. When Brian met with us, he explained all the step...s of the legal process, an area which was absolutely new to us. Despite his busy schedule, he always returned our calls. He prepared a very thorough package for the grand jury, explaining our daughter's background, medical records and current medical treatment. We are very grateful that the grand jury dismissed the case and we can now focus on our daughter's recovery. Thank you Brian for helping to keep our daughter on a path to recovery. Brian exceeded my expectations!

I was charged with a felony in Collin County. A charge that would have destroyed my career. Through the recommendations of friends in the legal business and after reading his AVVO reviews I hired Brian. During our first meeting Brian laid out the legal process for me step by step. He also let me know... his goal was a no bill of the charges. At all times during my interactions with Brian he maintained a high level of professionalism, knowledge about my case and a commitment to get me the best possible outcome. He stayed in constant communication with me throughout this process. Fortunately, the charges were rejected by the DA’s office. A better outcome than expected. Thank you Brian!
