Bogus Accusation

Brian is awesome! I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking into a first time lawyer. Never did I think I would ever need a lawyer in my life and after checking the reviews of Brian's office I met with him and he made things very comfortable for me and kept it real with me. I knew I found a... great lawyer to help represent my case and after a few months of going through the investigation for a Bogus Sexual Assault accusation my name was cleared and no charges occurred. Brian was there every step of the way to help prove my innocence. Thanks Brian!!

best criminal defense in dallas

I have used Brian for both of my criminal cases within the past 2 years and I have to say I was so pleased and blessed to have found someone like him to be in my corner during such a hard time. I got off my DWI with really a slap on the wrist because of how hard he fought for me. My other case COMPLE...TELY THROWN OUT , So easy to talk to, and be honest with. Also really meant alot how informed he kept me through everything. FOREVER THANKFUL

Takes his job to heart

I would highly recommend Brian as he truly takes his job to heart. We really needed him to take action immediately and he did just that. While the system tried to get in our way Brian was tenacious and pursued everything to the end. He was finalizing paperwork late into the evening to be sure every...thing was resolved for us as quickly as possible. He was honest, relatable and kept us well informed along the way
