My house caught fire and a contractor stole tools and supplies from my house. I paid him before I knew what all he took. I filed a police report and stop payment on the check. The contractor filed theft of services and I was facing a felony charge. Scott got the charges dismissed and so it was a ble...ssing. He is very honest and straightforward. I would trust him anytime.
