Beware

Hired Spencer to fight my case, but instead he only wanted to plea. Will not use him again.

This is simply not true. I explained the various options we had to resolve the case and advised what I thought the best option was after a thorough review of the evidence. As always I gave my former client a choice as to how to proceed and she choose to hire another lawyer. I wish her the best of luck moving forward.
