My son was incarcerated and while he was in jail the McKinney probation office put out a warrant on him for missing probation meetings even though they put him jail. When he is released they would have him picked up and taken to the McKinney jail. We were very confused and I live in Indiana so th...e means of communication was calling the probation department and the court house. I was told that this is what they do and there was nothing I could do to change it. I called Paul Keys office and Wesley returned my call. He was very kind, understood my financial situation and said he would look into for me. He then called back and said he could do this for the cost I could afford and that he felt there was something that could be done and he would talk to the District Atty. Wesley kept me posted daily which I greatly appreciated. He did just what he said he would do and the warrant and all associated charges were dismissed. He is hopefully the new generation of lawyers!! I would certainly retain him again and recommend him to someone in need of an attorney.

Contacted Paul Key and Wes was assigned to my case. He was immediately knowledgeable on the issue and started me on doing efforts before the first court date, that would reduce, defer and eventually will expunge the charge. This was important as I travel/commute out of state for work. We were ahead o...f the process until the finally settled.
