Great job!

Amazing! I called him the day before my court date and he came ready and prepared! He lowered my punishment and even typed up a great letter for me to take into work for my job. Very professional and very quick! For my 1st time needing a lawyer, it was a great experience giving him behind me the who...le way!

Knows his stuff & keeps on top of it!

My case was minor, but it needed to be dealt with in a certain amount of time and Wesley was a great help. Always available via phone or text and the service was at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Wes to anyone who needs his services.

Worse Investment Of My Life

I had no prior criminal history to this case. I was facing a felony charge for protecting my dad's farm animals from a pack of stray dogs; I had killed one of the dogs. This lawyer made very little time for me and my case but I had already paid him thousands. I needed character witnesses to come t...o court. He said he was going to call them to see if he wanted them to come to court; he didn't call many of them till the week before court. Most people need more notice so they can schedule off work. This showed that he wasn't making time for my case. He also didn't present any information on the number of animal control calls in the area or statistics on animal borne diseases in the area; this would have shown the judge that there was reason for what I did. Part way through the hearing he stopped calling our judge "Your Honor", which I know had to piss her off because she fought hard to be called "Your Honor." My wife gave him letters to give to the judge for Character References and emotional pleas; many of those letters were never given to the judge, even my wife's beautiful letter was never given to the judge. The judge made an emotional judgement, and I was convicted of a felony plus county jail time and 5 years probation. My wife's letter pleaded that she feared a felony conviction would harm my job prospects in the future; an emotional plea that never reached the judge. Weeks before court, we had asked our lawyer about giving money to the dog's owners and he said it wasn't needed. Well, during sentencing the judge ended up saying that I never made an effort to make things right with the dog owner's family which further damned my case even though I had offered restitution when speaking with my lawyer. This lawyer clearly rolled over and stopped fighting. He didn't spend time on my case hardly at all. Hoping this review will save others and their families from heartache and convictions.

The client and myself had discussed our strategy heading into the punishment hearing multiple times. Entering the hearing both him and his wife agreed to our strategy. Now after the hearing didn't go our way he wants to blame me for his actions. He killed a neighbor's pet which posed no threat to him or anyone else. The client was given his opportunity to give his version of the events in court as he took the stand in the hearing. I too was disappointed in the outcome after multiple witnesses testified for my client in regards to his outstanding character. I wish my former client all the best moving forward.
