Best in class & would bet on him -

I came across Mr. John through Avvo and called them from outside US for my immigration issue for consultation. The courtesy that him and his assistants provide on call is highly commendable. The way they communicated and clarified things made me felt that, they understand the problem we face through ...and ready to listen . Gave multiple options and how would it affect in near term,long term . The best was, there was a chance of finding a permanent solution that I was never informed by other respectable colleagues in the same profession of his. Really grateful to you and your law firm Sir ! Thank you very much.

Best Attorney and His Team!

Mr. Lawit is a very powerful and well-known attorney in Albuquerque, NM. Not only my family recommended him to me, but also my friends and the international office in University of New Mexico. He is also rated the top three best immigration lawyers in Irving, TX. Based on Mr. Lawit’s great reputation...s, I had asked him to help me with my situation. He did not only Skype with me personally, but came to Albuquerque, NM from Irving, TX to meet with me. Mr. Lawit has a well of knowledge and experience in immigration. He took his time to look up information for me and showed me where to find information pertain to my case. He suggested the best option for me to traveling overseas. He guided me every step of the way in the process. He did not just give me a list of documentations that I need to provide along with the application, but he looked over my documents to make sure that they reach the standard of qualification. He also told me where to apply for the documentation that I needed. Mr. Lawit also gave me great suggestions on the travel arrangements such as when is the best time to fly. As long as I followed his instructions, I had no problem during the application process or at the airport. When I was at airport going through customs, they asked me questions that I did not know how to answer, so I told them that Mr. Lawit took care of my case. They replied me, “Ok, you are free to go.” I must assume that Mr. Lawit have a great reputation among them as well. It was just an incredible and extraordinary experience for me. I truly appreciate the patience that Mr. Lawit and his team, Jenny and Elizabeth have for me. I asked Mr. Lawit so many questions during the application processes and he answered every single one of them personally. I tend to ask the same questions more than once when I am worried. Mr. Lawit patiently answered my same questions over and over until I was at ease of the situation, even though he is a very busy attorney. Jenny called me back when I did not even leave any messages on the answering machine. She just wanted to make sure that I am ok and am not in trouble. She is very efficient and provides me with clear instructions of what I need to do. I never felt that I was lost or not knowing what is the next step. Elizabeth answered my email within minutes sometimes. She is very organized and efficient. She helps me send one of my application out within a week and only asked me no more than ten questions since she already have most information from my other case. I never find any mistakes in the applications which is impressive. (Trust me that is a big issue when I used another immigration attorney.) I have never experience such an efficient and clear communication process such as at Mr. Lawit’s office. Mr. Lawit is an outstanding attorney who has astonishing amount of knowledge and experience to solve any immigration problem you might have. I will and do recommend Mr. Lawit to anyone who has immigration issue especially with his wonderful staffs, Jenny and Elizabeth in the office!

US visa approved after 5 denials

It was great working with John- I was denied the US visa 5 times- and I was highly skeptical about even applying again.When I discussed my case with John, he suggested me what all I need to do to make my case strong and helped me put together my application package. What really helped me was the mock... interview practice we for almost 2 weeks- this made me confident in my answers and helped me overcome my nervousness. John's experience and expertise on things to do and not do during the interview was super helpful. I have hired many other visa lawyers in the past and they just do the usual- put together the application package- but with John my case was handled differently- I discussed with him the concerns I had regarding the case and he made sure he handles my case in a way which addresses my concerns and makes me confident. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a case specific lawyer.
