Kathryn does not return telephone calls nor text messages and has zero communication skills. I made a request for a refund of a portion of my retainer fee and she went off on me and told me I was only doing this to insult her. This is CRAZY! I paid her $2500 for what is now going to be an uncontes...ted divorce so I asked for $1500 back as she has done nowhere near $1000 worth of work and she went ballistic on me and actually hung up the phone on me. WOW!

My divorce began May 2014. With three minor children involved, there was no room for error. Upon a reasonable retainer, Kathryn immediately went to work by filing a motion for an emergency hearing. My estranged wife had made many false accusations about me, as for her reason for holding our kids f...rom me until the hearing date. Just like at the initial hearing, she knew what she was doing. I felt at ease having her with me. I eventually obtained full custody of my three children, thanks to Kathryn's work and guidance. I hired Kathryn after having 2 previous attorneys on my mother's estate. The first deceased and the 2 nd would not respond to contact. Case has been in probate 4 years. Ms. Hudson did a very poor job with my case. She was frequently unavailable in response to how the case was progressing, Provided documented information that quite frankly, was very inaccurate and did not refused to fix issues post hearing that have continued to cause issues, which as a result, a new... attorney had to be retained.
