Our case had to deal with DHS, which is a system not a lot of people are up to date on, the ins and out process and every day ups and downs of that department. Jim is a very approachable and personable attorney. He has a good relationship with the court as well as a strong professional network with other attorneys in the field. This is a plus if you are dealing with a non-sensible ex who does not want to move on and act like an adult.
