I/we highly recommend Jim Hensley. We have used his services and advice three separate times and also recommended him to a friend who used him. Three custody cases we used him for and he was wonderful and won all THREE. He is down to earth, very honest and gives great advice and VERY fair! He not onl...y caring to the side he's representing, but also to the other side. He returns calls and answers emails extremely quick. You never have to worry about getting in contact with him. He knows just how to direct you in the right direction. Just when you think you may be a tad mad/upset with his advice, he pulls through and what he said will happen happens in your favor. He definitely knows what he is doing. He is excellent in the court room.:-) Jim also has a secretary in his North Little Rock office who is THE BEST as well. She is his right hand and when he's not around to answer questions she will always fill in or finds out for you. I highly recommend Jim Hensley and would definitely use him a fourth time!!

Straight shooter. Jim was recommended to me from a mutual friend, who also happens to be a lawyer. He helped sort the pieces of a broken, horrible situation and set forth a plan of action that moved my life, and the lives of my two beautiful children, into a light of security and hope. I am the Ex-Husband of Sharon who wrote the review on Jim Hensley. I would like to state that in my opinion Jim performed outstanding for her case. Sharon had 2 previous lawyers before Jim and fired both of them because they would not agree with her. Now she has hired her 4th lawyer to appeal the de...cree written by her 3rd lawyer. Jim Hensley is a great person and was very respectful to me even though I was on the other side. I do not agree with the review written by Sharon and would recommend Jim Hensley as a Lawyer.
