I hired Dustan for an ex parte and child custody. Dustan seemed to have experience in the very beginning. I presented all of my evidence to Dustan for the ex parte and it was granted by the judge. We went to court 30 days later and let me just say, Dustan bowed down to my ex's attorney, allowing her ...attorney to call ALL the shots! I would NEVER refer anyone to Dustan. He is fair in pricing and even has payment plans. If you're hiring an attorney get your money's worth! I have since fired him and hired someone who is very experienced and confident will get the job done.
