His skills in litigation, his tenacity, his knowledge of the law, his experience and his financial acumen and the way he could cross-examine witnesses was unreal. He successfully negotiated a more than favorable agreement on child custody and disposition of the marital home and the result of two trials was what he advised he could make happen on the division of the marital assets.
