Don't waste your time or money with this guy! His one price fits all option does not work out so well. I hired him to represent me in my divorce and custody trial. Once I paid him, he did not do the legwork required to represent me adequately. I almost lost my kids because of him, and my ex sp...ouse walked away with all of the marital assets, including the Harley Davidson, the home, both vehicles, and even the kids savings accounts. Which my parents funded. I was only awarded $244 a month and child-support, for four children, I have them 50% of the time, and I make half the money my ex-spouse does. He did nothing to fight for me, or my kid's well-being. If you're looking for an honest attorney, PLEASE look elsewhere!

John Kinney simply wants one thing - to make a lot of money. I spent over $15,000 with him for a child custody case that consisted of a year of "motions to continue". He drug the case out for over a year. When I finally retained a reputable attorney, I spent $2,500 with him and within ONE month he... was able to get me full custody. John Kinney could take a few lessons from his colleagues in the legal profession.

I had used Mr. Kinney's firm in the past (two years ago) concerning my business and incorporation. Recently, I had a homeowner back out of a sales agreement and this person hired Mr. Kinney to represent them. I received a very condescending and antagonistic letter personally written by Mr. Kinney. I ...went to his office to discuss what I believed to be a breach of ethics on his part. After simply introducing myself and the reason for being there, he ran away into his back offices muttering and threatened to call law enforcement. I simply wanted to ask if he made it a regular practice to send such threatening letters to people who had contributed to his income in the recent past. Sadly, he would not come out to talk to me about his business model. I was stunned by his lack of professionalism and decorum.

John, Is rude, arrogant and is a sales man not an attorney. He talks how the flat rate fee is great for the client, but when he never returns your call it is of no benefit. He told me I was stupid and not to waste his time on issues I found important. He was behind on paper work and his excuse was... he just finished a “Real Important Case”. His legal assistant is fake and never tells you what is going on.
