Reasonable, responsive, and effective!
I have nothing but rave reviews for Mr. Tate and his team!! I got sucked into a predatory loan back in 2007, and had just been paying on it with a recurring monthly payment for years. One day last year I decided I should be almost done with the loan and decided to look into it. I discovered that I...

Drowning in student loans-Tate Law can help
When we hired Tate Law we were at the point of not knowing what to do about our Parent Plus Loans. The payment was a ridiculous amount that we just couldn’t pay. I read reviews and thought what can it hurt. We had a consult and went from there. The process was long, but they were with us every step o...

Tate is the Real Deal
I just got an email from the Department of Education that my 225K student loan forgiveness is being processed. I hired him last year and he explained in clear and simple terms exactly what I needed to do, even processing the forms for me. He predicted exactly what would happen, reassured me when I ...

His knowledge and willingness to share with us was exemplary. I followed his advice, from consolidating loans to filling out form...

Overrated
Stanley failed to inform his clients of the Oct 31, 2022 deadline to consolidate loans because he misread government documents. Some of us are now unable to apply for Biden’s debt forgiveness. On some calls with Stanley there is background excruciatingly painful background noise. There have been drop...
I informed all of my clients directly about the Halloween deadline to qualify for the PSLF Waiver. I've also sent out a weekly newsletter for the past year, informing all subscribers about the date. The Department of Education joined me in my effort as well. They sent out several emails, tweets, and letters to millions of borrowers, letting them know the deadline was approaching. Student loan servicers all did the same. It's unfortunate that you or some other person haven't yet applied for Biden's debt forgiveness, which is a totally different program BTW. But there's still time to do that. The deadline for that program doesn't end until next December. Betsy and her team at the Institute of Student Loan Advisors are great. I hope you find success with them.
