Jim and his team (Kayla in particular) were incredibly helpful and responsive, taking time to answer all my questions in great detail. I had an introductory ...call with Jim Arkell, where he laid out the main options for my Green Card application (mainly EB-1 and EB-2 NIW), recommending that we pursue EB-2 as it would be more likely to succeed, despite requiring longer time for approval. After filing I-140, we did discuss going down the EB-1 path in parallel, as an alternative in case EB-2 would take too long, but he was very honest in suggesting that I do not invest my money in an additional application.
