Call me a late bloomer, so what! After having a consultation with Attorney David Ray I am finally going to take a stance and do something about it! As he consulted me, I began to understand my lack of motivation for many years is what caused me to ignored this problem. Mr Ray specifically explained t...o me about certain procedures I never understood and encouraged me making me believe that I still have the opportunity to improve my situation by actually doing something about it. "How can I say I have been denied a passport due to arrears in child support, if I have never applied for one?"
