I can't say which of his qualities I like the most since he's such a stellar example of what a lawyer should aspire to. I've known lots of them in my time so you can trust me. He's factual and direct with you in assessing your case and kind in ways other lawyers don't even bother with. I've ne...ver known him to brag about himself but he doesn't have to. One can tell he's got a gift for the strategies of this rigorous category of law. I know if I was an opposing attorney I wouldn't want to cross him in court because he doesn't let you get away with anything out-of-order. Even I've been corrected by him a few times! All jokes aside, these things just show he's a brave defender of property rights. To me, that's paramount because all of our other rights are connected to that one. Dan saved the life of my case after my pro se attempts went flat and his consistent effort has allowed me to hope while I work on other things.
