Traffic

We have worked with this team, in particular Ari and Mitchell a few times and this team is amazing. They know how to win cases and they communicate well. They were able to guess us very satisfying results. I would recommend this team to anyone!

Great attorney

We are very fortunate to have found Sexner and Associates for our legal needs. We were at a very low point in our lives when we were met with our legal troubles. My husband was being charged with a DUI as well as various other traffic violations, one being a Felony charge in 2 different counties. Mit...ch and his team went right to work to retain all evidences and paperwork regarding our cases. They were very informative, knowledgeable and really put our situation in perspective for us to better understand everything. He gave us advice on how to receive a better outcome in our case. Since we followed his recommendations, not only did he get my husband’s charges reduced, but he got the judge to remove the felony completely. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome in both cases at both counties. Thank you so much Mitch! I highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ari Trubitt

I was very pleased with my representation from Sexner & Associates. Specifically, I was represented by Ari Trubitt who was just fantastic. Mr. Trubitt is smart, funny, empathetic, and is evidently experienced. From when Mr. Trubitt was first assigned my case, I felt comfortable with his representatio...n, as we set a realistic goal for the outcome of the case and he checked in to provide weekly updates. The litigation process is a complex and bumpy road in general but especially in Cook County, and I am grateful to have had Ari on my side.

Definitely Recommend

I was very pleased with the service I received from the firm of Mitchell Sexner & Associates. They were professional, courteous, and spent time to resolve my issue. They kept me informed and communicated well along the way. They worked diligently with the prosecutor to get my case dismissed, as th...e issue was caused by a technicality that was out of my hands and happened without my knowledge. Although the case was to be dismissed, the court delayed the hearing the morning it was scheduled because the judge called in sick. They continued to communicate with the prosecutor and were able to work it out so that I did not have to pay additional fees for another court date. I really appreciate their service and concern for clients. Definitely recommend this firm to anyone in need of law services.
