I contacted The Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving to help me get a fair visitation schedule for my son who is in school now and we have a schedule that changes a lot and the father is not flexible. I wanted my son to have some stability and be able to spend time in his own home on school nights and b...e able to plan vacations, birthday parties, etc. I didn’t want to take the father to court but needed to as it was in the best interest of my son. I met with James Hagler who outlined a clear strategy and even helped me with questions after the consultation. When I went to court Bill Dowling represented me. Both attorneys called me prior to court to explain what would happen and what I can expect as an outcome. After court I was extremely pleased with the results and got a very fair ruling from the judge. I would describe this firm as focused, diligent, and great to work with. I cannot recommend this firm enough! If I could give them 10 stars I would. I know they help a lot of fathers but they help mothers too. Basically if they can help a child they will!

The one mistake I made during my divorce was not hiring the law firm of Jeffery M Leving to handle my case. I had a pending divorce case after I fired my first attorney who had no idea how to handle divorce case and misrepresenting me. I met with Mr. Hagler who put me at ease with his expertise and... professionalism. He was in and out of the court room and fought hard for me. He walked me through every stage of my case and always returned my calls when I needed his advice. All of his staff members were all very helpful. Mr. Hagler will always take that extra step to fight for the best interest of his clients , especially fathers. I want to thank Mr. Hagler for helping me get through this difficult time during my divorce,for his knowledge ,support and advice.

James Hagler is a terrific, no nonsense lawyer. He handled a very sensitive post divorce matter. After my experience with two previous family lawyers I was shocked that a divorce lawyer of Mr. Haglers caliber existed. He understood the facts, he did not promise to do things that he couldn't deliver..., (like the previous lawyers) he told me what a realistic outcome could be, and he went to work. He always returned my calls. I highly recommend him without reservation. I wish there were more lawyers like Mr. Hagler.
