He also accompanied me to the USCIS interview and offered guidance on how the interview would unfold. After more than a year, my case was finally approved. It was a sigh of relief and I immediately sent Mike and his team a thank you note for their outstanding representation. I come to Mike last Oct when I received a RFE letter from USICS for my I-140 application. This is a long overdue review of Michael Jarecki, immigration attorney. Michael handled our complex adjustment of status case based on marriage from about 5 years ago. He and his staff were always available to answer questions. I was impressed with how quickly they would respond to emails or p...hone calls. He is honest and gives you a clear idea of what to expect in the often lengthy immigration process. He also patiently walked us through the numerous immigration forms we had to file. I was also very happy that he attended our first green card interview. It gave me peace of mind. Going from the provisional to the permanent green card was fairly straightforward. A few years and several forms later, my spouse is now a naturalized US citizen. We used another attorney for the naturalization process, and I wish we had stayed with Michael. Live and learn, I guess.
