Attentive and supportive

Mike helped me with the submission of a I-131 reentry permit. I left the country due to a family emergency during the peak of COVID, and hadn't planned to be outside of the US for a long time. When I realized that I would likely need to be outside the US for longer the 6 months, a friend referred me ...to Mike and I'm so glad he did. Mike quickly advised me on what I would need to do to submit a reentry permit (I-131). He is detail oriented, attentive, and responded to all of my emails (most within 12-24 hours). His entire team was professional and I always felt like I could count on them to provide guidance.

Thank you Mike and Team

Mike was higly recommeded when I was seeking to legal help for immigration purposes. Since my first meeting, I have found Mike to be very straight forward about the facts and outcomes. At the same time, not only Mike, but his entire team came across as not just professionals, but also respectful and ...cooperative with clients. Despite his extremely busy schedule, I was always able to get a prompt response from Mike and his team, throughout the entire process. Through his efforts and expertise I was able to secure O-1 Visa and then green card. Above all, throughtout the process I had utter confidence in Mike (and his team) and a sense of peace, which is not easy when dealing with immigration issues. Please discuss your case with him and he will give you an honest assessment.

Thoughtful Immigration Attorney

I engaged Mike and his firm of talented legal professionals to help me remove conditions from my conditional permanent residency (i.e. going through the I-751 process). My situation was particularly complicated, due to my marital issues. As such, I was obviously nervous and worried about the outcome.... I brought my case to Mike, and he scheduled an in-office appointment with me. He effectively cleared his schedule for a couple of hours to sit down and go through a document-by-document and event-by-event history of my marriage and filing. He asked tough questions, ones that I would expected to answer in an actual interview with an immigration officer. He was sympathetic, yet professional; being honest with me on points where we'd have to build evidence for the govt. to adjudicate in my favor. He was very thorough and meticulous. Not only was our initial consultation excellent, the service he and his firm provided throughout the long, arduous process was markedly notable. For some context, most cases are resolved within a few months. Mine, however, dragged on for more than a year, a period which included and interview and request for evidence (RFE) by USCIS. The process was made even more complicated by rapidly evolving immigration regulations and rhetoric. As I was becoming more anxious, Mike frequently spoke with me throughout my case. This is something he didn't have to do, as I was not paying him for this. But he went above and beyond. He also accompanied me to the USCIS interview and offered guidance on how the interview would unfold. Moreover, as the months dragged on, he and his firm sent repeated, hand-delivered letters to the local USCIS office to follow up on my case. It was an incredibly personalized approach. After more than a year, my case was finally approved. It was a sigh of relief and I immediately sent Mike and his team a thank you note for their outstanding representation. In summary, Mike is a very (and I mean very) knowledgeable immigration attorney. I can assure you that my case was complicated to the say the least and he expertly navigated it. Now, I am retaining his firm's services to become a US Citizen! It is an exciting journey and I am glad to have Mike by my side throughout it. In short, if you've got a complicated (or regular) immigration case, and want the personalized touch of a thoughtful boutique firm, I highly recommend Mike and his team.

Knowledgable, professional and get things done

I come to Mike last Oct when I received a RFE letter from USICS for my I-140 application. After reading the REF letter, I am deperate and I know my current lawyer can't deal with it, I turn to MIke for help. This proves to be one of my best decisions in life. Mike and his team is on top of the case, ...they asked a lot of details of my situation and when they finally finish drafting the RFE response, I am so happy reading them and I know I should get approval this time. We delivered our response letter mid of Dec, and 30 days later, guess what, It was approved!! I want to thanks for Mike and his team of their hard work and excellent job. I can tell they spend a lot of time to orginze the material, cross check each evidence, use several legal arguement that I believe effectively applied to my case. I can't say enough thanks for Mike. The lesson I learn is, you can have a strong case, but you also need the right lawyer to present your case, so I strongly recommend Mike as the best Immigration lawyer - they are honest, professional, caring, and get things done!!!!

Professional, honest, and prompt

This is a long overdue review of Michael Jarecki, immigration attorney. Michael handled our complex adjustment of status case based on marriage from about 5 years ago. He and his staff were always available to answer questions. I was impressed with how quickly they would respond to emails or p...hone calls. He is honest and gives you a clear idea of what to expect in the often lengthy immigration process. He also patiently walked us through the numerous immigration forms we had to file. I was also very happy that he attended our first green card interview. It gave me peace of mind. Going from the provisional to the permanent green card was fairly straightforward. A few years and several forms later, my spouse is now a naturalized US citizen. We used another attorney for the naturalization process, and I wish we had stayed with Michael. Live and learn, I guess.
