I engaged Mike and his firm of talented legal professionals to help me remove conditions from my conditional permanent residency (i.e. going through the I-751 process). My situation was particularly complicated, due to my marital issues. As such, I was obviously nervous and worried about the outcome.... This is a long overdue review of Michael Jarecki, immigration attorney. Michael handled our complex adjustment of status case based on marriage from about 5 years ago. He and his staff were always available to answer questions. I was impressed with how quickly they would respond to emails or p...hone calls. He is honest and gives you a clear idea of what to expect in the often lengthy immigration process. He also patiently walked us through the numerous immigration forms we had to file. I was also very happy that he attended our first green card interview. It gave me peace of mind. Going from the provisional to the permanent green card was fairly straightforward.
