We are from different states and it didn't make any difference in our interaction, any concerns or questions were answered in a timely manner, they were always courteou...s and professional. When we met with him we knew he was the right one to help us. Ours was a marriage immigration case. Mike guided us through the process from step one to the approval of the green card. I hired Mike Jarecki to provide advise with porting my Green Card over to another employer. This process was risky as my former employers were not cooperating with releasing copies my immigration documents. Even with AC21, I felt I needed legal counsel on navigating the process. Mike not only provide...d me with expert advice, he was kind and patient to listen to my concerns and responded with excellent recommendations on next steps. Mike helped to draft a letter for my portability using AC21 and submitted it to USCIS. Within one week, my Green Card was approved.
