Amazing

Neal is passionate about tenant's rights law, and dutifully serves his clients. He is tireless in his pursuit of his client's goals, and is a warm, available and personable advocate.

Excellent Outcome & Attention

I used Gainsberg law for a Chapter 7 BK and although it was a new process and somewhat intimidating at first, Neal Gainsberg did a great job setting the expectation and maneuvering through the process. Although, I do not plan to have the need to file a bankruptcy again, if I did, I would definitely ...use his services again.

A Highly Recommended Attorney

Neal Gainsberg handled my personal injury case in a thoroughly professional manner, and my proceeds from the financial settlement were more than double what the insurance company offered. His dealings with both the other party's insurance company and my own company were expert. This attorney was ve...ry responsive to my questions, and he handled all aspects of this case promptly and courteously. He is very knowledgeable, and his explanations of the legal aspects of my case were clear. His written agreements were also clear and concise with no ambiguity whatsoever. I would highly recommend this attorney to anyone seeking a personal injury settlement.

THE BEST LAWYER, NEAL GAINSBERG AT (GAINSBERG LAW, P.C)

Neal Gainsberg is an excellent attorney. Working with him after two vehicle accidents not a year apart was always positive. I loved the fact that he communicated with me. Email was the best form of communication, but when I spoke with him verbally, it made my comfort level even higher. This last ...accident, he dealt with not a wonderful insurance company, but he got the job done. He set me up with a wonderful therapy company that was convient for me and helped me a whole lot. Neal Gainsberg is a very trustworthy and very informative and knows what he is doing. I have referred over three people to him and will continue to send people his way. Thank you Neal!!!

Great guy, very profesional and informed !!!

Great attorney!!!! Neal kept me very aware of everything i had to go through, and what i needed to do at every turn. Everything he told me about the process played out almost to the T, and hes also very communicative. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends.
