Bankruptcy & Debt advice session

I was an authorized user on my deceased father's creidt card. My father's estate should have paid for the card debt but the law firm hired by citbank used pressure and legal scare tactics to squeeze me to pay the debt. I was listed as the defendant and never should have been from the get go. This att...orney said, pretty much oh well. Nothing legally I can do about the case file sitting in public view. Not worth the money I paid.

Unfortunately, this person purchased a phone advice session and asked whether it was possible to remove a public record. The caller was forced to pay a debt that she did not owe after the creditor pressured her to pay a debt and wrongfully filed a lawsuit against her. I informed her there was nothing legally she could do to remove a public record about a civil matter.
