I have been involved in a wc case with Mr. Kress for the past 7 years. The wc system is complicated at best with a "hurry up and wait" attitude which can be very frustrating for both client and attorney. My personal experience with Mr. Kress is that he is knowledgeable of the wc system, trustworth...y with confidential information and communicates progress on your case in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Mr. Kress in the practice of wc law.

I want to write this review with true and honest feelings. Since Mr. Kress has handled my case 3 years ago, I have had nothing but stress free living. I was hurt on my job in 2011. Mr. Kress has taken great care of not only me but also my family. He has always made me feel that I am being well taken ...care of . Dealing with an employer and their insurance can be a nightmare. If I did not have Frank and I can call him Frank due to he is a true friend on my case, I would have been fired from my job and replaced. Frank has taken great time and effort in making sure I have been paid every week. Sure some times the insurance company likes to play games, but Frank was always on the phone with myself and the insurance company getting things in order. A friend had recommended Frank to me and I am sure glad I found an honest and hard working lawyer. I just want to say thanks and I would and will recommend Frank D.
