Evan sculled me vigorously about the $10 cost per call and told me to NEVER use that number again. I asked him how I was supposed to know. He did not answ...er the question and swiftly moved on. The free conference call was abruptly ended by me because I did not appreciate the tonality of Evan. Coupled with his consistent condescending attitude towards me. As a landlord of many years this type of service I can do without. The $10 rant left me with a bad impression of him and the business model of this pseudo attorney. Luckily, for all of us there are thousands of attorneys that are professional and truly desire to assist with evictions. My advice would be to find someone else.
