I spoke with Evan concerning a tenant's eviction and was given excellent knowledge of the current laws and processes in Chicago which were different than the state I resided in. Evan was patient with me as I asked questions and very reasonable in pricing. 5 star Attorney

Eviction

Tenant issues can be difficult. Evictions even more so. Attorney Evan Voboril got the job done. He is organized and timely. He explains the process, explains all paperwork and knows the law.

Consultation

We consulted Mr. Voboril for a first time eviction. Fortunately, on the day we spoke to him, our tenant called and shortly paid the rent thereafter. Hence, we never had to actually employ him for the eviction, but felt thoroughly informed and prepared for the process and monies involved with the co...nsultation. He also reiterated the basic leasing principle to completely vet an applicant. We did not do so for this tenant because we knew him. BIG mistake, which won't be made again. Whenever we have tenant issues, we feel confident we've now found a great attorney to help us.
