Even when... she is unable to turn her attention immediately to my questions, she responds that she has noted my question and that she will turn to it at her earliest opportunity. Second, Ms. Raddatz is direct, honest, and frank with her clients. While it can be difficult to learn and accept the harsh realities of family courts, it is better to understand the facts of the case and what can be done to work towards the best outcome for one's children. Ms. Raddatz always explains what is realistic, what is sensible, and what is out of the question. This knowledge and expertise are indispensable. Third, Ms. Raddatz endeavors to achieve an 'Agreed Order' for her clients. This means working with the opposing counsel to negotiate an order to which both parties agree, and the Judge simply signs off on that order. This avenue is much more beneficial than showing up to court without having done the due diligence of working towards a solution. Judges generally look favorably upon parties that do the hard work of reaching an agreement prior to court. In addition, Ms. Raddatz's paralegal, Ginger, has been immensely helpful in assisting with various administrative matters for my case. If and when additional issues arise that require a family law attorney, I rest assured knowing that I can work with Ms. Raddatz to resolve these issues expeditiously and effectively.

Hired Peggy for a parental allocation change. Peggy worked with my ex to advance my request to be with my children during COVID. Peggy exhibited great negotiation in order to get me more time. She asks relevant questions and walks through scenarios with you so that you can understand the law. Peggy d...oesn’t have a team or at least I only worked with her directly. I would have liked to be more structured on meeting times and know her availability as it was hit or miss, Although, I will say, eventually she found time to connect. I got the impression she is working all the time, but I am grateful she did not extort me on billing like other attorneys have. Peggy will get it done and ask to be compensated accordingly, you will not feel like you are paying for every minute or having to meet just to meet.
