Mr sharp

Excellent lawyer!

I received the upmost respect and compassion from Mr. Fred Joshua. He was very understand and considerate throughout my case. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer. Thank you Fred Joshua.

Great and efficient lawyer !

Mr. Joshua helped me with my divorce case when my first lawyer just wanted to take my money and keep the case alive. Mr. Joshua worked hard and quick to bring my case to a trial in just 4 months after I hired him. He was super helpful and understanding.

Outstanding Service !

Fred and his staff were very helpful in general but Mr. Joshua was simply excellent. He anticipated the opposing side's every move and that allowed us to be one step ahead of my opponent and his attorney. Mr. Joshua did a good job explaining the process to me and was always welcoming of my questions... and concerns.

I don't recommend

I hired the attorney named above in a case regarding a dissolution of marriage incorporating martial settlement. Upon learning that my children the respondent have been verbal and physical abused, I shared this information with my attorney Fred Joshua in confidentiality. He shared this information wi...th the respondents attorney after I asked him not to until we see how the case settles in court. I asked him to put in an emergency motion with the court so I can see them and insure their safety and well being. Instead he never filed a motion and told the respondents attorney that I seen our kids being verbally and physically abused by my ex wife through our home surveillance cameras that she granted me access too after we were divorced. After learning this information she logged me out of the camera access and this matter was never brought to the court. Instead he told the attorney this information without my permission. He also never filed a motion to the court on the parents app so I can have access to my kids per agreement with the other attorney, he turned against my wishes. Finally I asked him to make all child support payments to made to the court instead of directly to the respondent and he dismissed this matter hence the other attorney told them it was not to their interest. He agrees with the respondents requests before asking me and after they agree he informs me. Throughout the case he has been working more on the side of the other attorney. The final straw was sharing the information I confide in him with the other attorney without my permission. He dropped the case without consulting me and took all of his fees.
