Bought My First House and this Law Firm was Great

My wife and I just purchased our first home, for us and our 3 year old princess! We are very excited and happy in it. At the time of signing the contract, there were naturally many fears and anxieties about what we were about to get into.. Mr. Joshua and his associate helped us out every step of the ...way and even in negotiating repair credits from the Seller. We could not have been more satisfied with our experience and we now feel like we are a lot more experienced in this field.

Fred's excellent service

Ever wonder why lawyers get a bad wrap? Fred will break that mold, and give you a different view on layers. He has given me an Excellent experience, not once but twice, with a 3rd time approaching. He Helped me both times when I needed it. Was fair on price, my time and communicated with me very wel...l. Worked around my schedule, answered my questions honestly, timely and liked the fact he gave me options opposed to just telling me. It's very important that people know all options available, and are explained what and why. Fred has been a pleasant, professional, honest person with me and I'm sure that's how he is with all his clients. Something simple as a divorce or custody battle can some times seems overwhelming, he not only calmed me down but also cared about the results, kids and just everyone and everything involved. When talking to people you can tell he actually genially cares, oppose to other lawyers who just want to go for the pocket. Some of the options given were money saving ones that most lawyers wouldn't give just so they could gouge you and get more money from you. He comes highly recommended by me. Even after all the work was done, he still went out his way to contact me to make sure everything was going well and see how the kid(s) were. It's nice to deal with a family oriented person who can put himself in your shoes to help get you the best result possible. Fred was recommended to me and it was one great recommendation. Phenomenal Divorce Attorney

Mr. Joshua is an outstanding attorney. He helped me through a very painful time in my life, divorcing my husband. I was unsure of where to begin with the entire process. Excellent Attorney

I would highly recommend his services to anyone that is looking for a great trustworthy lawyer. Nothing but professional, knowledgeable, and just awesome. Shark Attack !

Mr. Joshua was simply a shark ! My ex-girlfriend was adament about getting a 2 year Order of Protection against me for no good reason. I am a police officer and that would have cost me my job and and only source of livelihood. During the 2 day hearing, Mr. Joshua brought in all kinds of evidence to ...show this woman was lying. Towards the end of the hearing, my-ex was so cornered that she admitted that I have never laid a finger on her, that I have never threatened her or ever harmed her in any way. She even told the judge that she was afraid I would leave her if she did not entangle me with legal troubles. I owe Mr. Joshua all the respect and gratitude ! Thank you for your assistance Mr. Joshua !
