Simple and smooth process with no problem!

To start from the beginning, Mr Fred Joshua was one of the most professional lawyers I have ever encountered with.He does not fill you up with empty promises very honest liable man. He helped me with my divorce and since I did not file the divorce it was difficult for me, I felt like I have lost cont...rol of my life as a father, but Mr Fred pulled me out of the hole I was sinking in with his help and made the process much easier and alleviated the stress for me as well. The moment I stepped in Mr Fred's office I had a gut feeling that I will pull through this with no problem , again thank you Mr Fred for everything I finally have my child back and on the right track wouldn't have done it without your help.

Experienced and Helpful

Mr. Joshua was a pleasure to work with. I came to him after my ex-wife filed for divorce. Her income is substantially higher than mine so she was able to get a very expensive attorney from a large law firm. Mr. Joshua was not phased by this in the slightest. His attention to detail and constant reass...urance made the case go as smoothly as I could have ever hoped. I had no idea what I was walking into with a divorce case. Mr. Joshua was very patient when I had questions and constantly made the effort to keep me informed with what was going on in my case. He was extremely professional while also displaying a genuine passion for doing his best and helping my cause in any way possible.

Excellent Lawyer!

My sister and I retained Fred Joshua after 10 minutes of meeting with him. He showed to be a caring, dedicated and very knowledgeable attorney to represent my sister in a custody hearing. He walked us through the process from start to finish and made my sister feel like she wasn’t alone. This was ...a case where the grandparents wanted guardianship of my sister’s daughter after the daughter’s father had tragically passed away. For no reason other than an insurance policy being present, there were no grounds for the grandparents to take the child from her mother. Fred immediately filed a motion to dismiss the petitioner’s Petition for Guardianship and was immediately granted by the court due to lack of jurisdiction to proceed on their Petition for Guardian when the minor has a living parent and parental rights have not been terminated. Fred Joshua is definitely someone you want on your side when dealing with high stressful legal matters. I highly recommend him. Lydia

He knows the system inside and out!

I would highly recommend Mr. Joshua for any kind of family law case. When dealing with my divorce, Mr. Joshua was able to help with custody issues, property issues, and everything else that came along with the process. He is very educated in this area of law and he will get the entire job done as wel...l as I could have ever hoped for.

Great results!
