Eric is the man! I was driving down 355 and the speed limit dropped to 55mph causing me to be 26+ over the limit. This is a common speed zone and the officer was sitting there waiting for people like myself. Everyone was going 80mph+ but I happened to be the one to get picked this time. I fully suppo...rt police officers and it was 100% my fault. I was handed a ticket that said 625 ILCS 5/11-601.5(a) which is a Class B Misdemeanor. I started googling what to do and do I need a lawyer, etc. etc. Once I realized what I was facing, I got scared and was very nervous for my future. My name was called to face the Judge, we handed him the form and I was scheduled another date to come back. The day I came back, which was a month or so later, the police officer didn't show up. The entire case was dropped and I didn't have to pay a penny to the court. Without Eric Blatti's guidance, I don't even want to imagine the outcome.
